Through the Media Sandbox Street Teams at MSU, I was able to come together with a great group of students to help a local nonprofit, ITEC. Standing for Information Technology Empowerment Center, ITEC helps students and families in the Lansing, MI build confidence in coursework in STEM areas.
As the leader of this team, I worked with Clark Kingston, Jonathan Lantz, and Morgan Bayne to help this nonprofit communicate more effectively with the community. Through many video shoots, new photography, a social media update, and lots of emails, we were able to help ITEC reach a new level.
